Community Mutual Support Program for Children’s Caregivers

The Community Mutual Support Program for Children’s Caregivers aims to establish a supportive community network for children caregivers within Wong Tai Sin and Kowloon City. Through partnerships with local small businesses, the program offers caregivers exclusive discounts and services, organizes community activities to relieve caregiving stress, and fosters mutual support to create a sustainable support platform.

The program is funded by the Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation.

Program Goals

• Encourage caregivers to participate in community activities and expand their social network
• Reduce caregiving stress and promote the mental and physical well-being of caregivers
• Establish a mutual support network between local businesses and caregivers to build a sustainable support platform

Services Offered

• Regularly organize community sharing sessions, respite groups, and similar activities to foster peer support among caregivers
• Form exploration teams and volunteer groups to strengthen collaboration between caregivers and local businesses
• Provide exclusive discounts for participants and encourage them to document their experiences and share personal caregiving stories
