Program Overview
The “Green Cherisher” Environmental Community Participation Program aims to raise environmental awareness among residents in the Kowloon City District, particularly focusing on families and youth living in “three-nil” buildings and subdivided units. The program brings together the community, business, and academic sectors to educate and engage community members in environmental practices, establishing a resident-led model of sustainable environmental participation.
